All orders received before 2pm, will ship the same day. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the following business day.

USPS First-Class Mail takes an average of 1-3 business days to arrive at its destination. USPS Priority Mail takes 1-2 business days to arrive at its destination. UPS Standard Shipping (Ground) takes 3-5 business days to arrive at its destination.

No, we do not ship internationally. This includes Canada.

We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

Yes, all orders above $49 dollars will be shipped for free.

How can I send someone a Mooshiepets.com Gift Card?
A:

You can purchase a Gift Card at mooshiepets.com under the Gift category and choose to either email the Gift Card to someone, or, you can print the Gift Card to hand it to the person. You will need a printer and a letter size 8.5”x11” paper to print the Gift Card.

Can the receiver of the Gift be able to return items?
A:

Yes. When we send the gift on your behalf, we will include a packing slip with an order number. The packing slip will not show the dollar amounts. They can follow our Return Policy to return the gifts and receive Store Credit.

What is your return policy?
A:

You have 30 days to return a product you are not satisfied with. The product has to be intact, in its original box, tags still attached, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and will need a proof of purchase such as email showing your order or a packing slip.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. You can use USPS or other preferred carrier and mail the package back to our warehouse:
