We use the following services:
- USPS First Class Mail is renamed USPS Ground Advantage by USPS as of July 2023.
- USPS Ground Advantage: USPS Ground Advantage features 2-5 day service standards for packages up to 70 pounds.
USPS Ground Advantage prices are based on weight and zone. - USPS Priority Mail: Expected to take 1-3 business days to arrive to its destination. USPS Priority Mail service is used for packages weighing over 15.99 oz and above – per USPS regulations.
- Please note that USPS charges by zone. Mooshiepets, LLC headquarters is in zip code 11101.
- UPS Ground Service: We use UPS Ground service for orders over $49 (Free-Shipping) when our shipping system shows that your package will arrive faster to your destination then USPS delivery time.
Orders over $49 qualify for FREE-SHIPPING.
We use USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail, and sometimes UPS Ground to deliver orders.
All orders received on a business day before 2pm Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
All packages are shipped from our warehouse located in Long Island City, New York 11101.
We ship within The United States, this includes Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship to Puerto Rico.
We ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses.
We DO NOT ship to Canada.
